Hotel Mansion Del Valle

We LOVED our 5-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is amazing. Just off the lobby area, there is a covered courtyard area with large trees in it, and you can have breakfast overlooking the courtyard. In another part of the hotel, there is a library/reading area, and on the third floor, the large terrace has lovely views of the surrounding hills and is full of potted flowers and plants. The artistic details, including many murals and beautiful decorations, add such class to this hotel. The restaurant is very good, and the service - from front desk staff to restaurant staff to the helpful staff members who opened the door to the private parking garage every time we needed to come or go - is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we would very happily stay here again.

The hotel is very nice close to the main square. The restaurant is also nice. Breakfast can be improved

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! The chefs and staff at the restaurant were so nice and friendly too. We liked our double beds. Comfortable mattresses and the sheets and blankets and comforters were very nice.

The hotel is very nice, the common area is beautiful. It’s located very close to the center. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel is in an easily accessible location from the ADO bus station and close to the centre of San Cristobal. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant has a good selection of decently priced tasty breakfasts and quick bites. Room was clean and comfortable, the hotel itself is also really pleasant and has a nice rooftop terrace. Highly recommend!
